555mmr Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use

These "Terms and Conditions" (this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement that applies to everyone who accesses, registers on, or plays on the 555mmr platform. By accessing and playing on this platform, a player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms.

555mmr reserves the right to amend the terms set out here at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page, and anyone who continues to access and play on the platform will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 and above are permitted to access and play on this platform. Your correct age must be provided at registration. Submitting false information may result in account closure and loss of funds.

1.2 Restricted Regions

Any user who accesses the platform or uses our services from a country or region where access and interactive gaming are restricted will be in breach of this agreement, and we may suspend that player's account at our discretion.

1.3 Single Account Ownership

Each player may only open one account on the 555mmr platform. If we find that more than one account has been opened, all linked accounts will be closed and funds may be confiscated without prior notice.

2.1 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide your full name, date of birth and contact details correctly and completely. If we find that any information is incorrect, we may place a hold on withdrawals and request supporting documents.

2.2 Account Security

Players must keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with any third party. The player is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account, and we cannot accept claims such as "someone else used my account".

2.3 Account Reactivation Request

A player who has voluntarily closed their account, or whose account has been suspended by us, may request reactivation. However, whether that request is accepted or not is entirely at our discretion, and our decision will be final.

3.1 Deposits

Players can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. We do not charge any fee on deposits, but any bank or payment provider fees are the player's responsibility.

A screenshot of the transaction must be sent to our support team as proof after depositing. Funds will only be credited to your 555mmr account once confirmed.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour. Withdrawals will only be approved once the player's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete, and only to the player's own bank account or payment account.

Third-party payment accounts are never permitted. If we find any attempt to withdraw through a third-party account in breach of this agreement, the funds may be confiscated and the account closed.

3.3 Payment Restrictions

• Only your own verified payment account may be used when making deposits.
• Any case where we have reasonable grounds to believe that funds of illegal origin are being used may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• If there are indications linking an account to money laundering activity, that account may be closed immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 555mmr welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus giving a balance of 40,000 Ks, and you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn. If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive a 200,000 Ks bonus giving a balance of 620,000 Ks, and you must wager 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

If we believe a player is exploiting a bonus in bad faith, we may cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Methods that fall under this include —

• Hedge betting with equal stakes on opposing outcomes
• Playing in a way that exploits a statistical edge in the games
• Placing only the minimum required bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period, and any bonus not used within that period will be forfeited without notice. Full terms for each bonus can be found on the relevant promotions page.

5.1 Fair Play

555mmr values secure and fair play. Players are strictly prohibited from using any software (bots), assistance tools, or collusion of any kind to manipulate the game system.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error on the platform results in incorrect funds being credited to a player, those funds may be reclaimed. If we have reason to believe a player is attempting to spend funds received as a result of an error, appropriate action will be taken.

5.3 Game Decisions

For any dispute related to gameplay, our game logs will be treated as the definitive reference, and our decision will be final.

5.4 Game Cancellation

If a server issue, connection drop, or unexpected disconnection on the player's side occurs, the game will be cancelled and the staked amount refunded — or handled in accordance with the game provider's decision.

6.1 Support for Responsible Play

6.2 Our Liability Limitations

555mmr is not liable for indirect losses arising from technical errors during gameplay, difficulties accessing a player's account, or third-party network issues — players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own computers, mobile devices, and networks.

All designs, images, software, backgrounds, strategies, game levels, and intellectual property assets on this platform are the property of 555mmr and are protected by copyright law. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of them in any form.

8.1 Closure by the Player

A player may contact our support team at any time to request closure of their account. The closure will be processed after all funds are settled, and any remaining balance will be withdrawn before closure.

8.2 Closure by Us

If we believe a player has breached this agreement, we may suspend the account without prior notice, withhold relevant funds, and conduct an investigation. Funds involved in a breach will not be refunded.

Personal information provided by players is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, a player is considered to have consented to the use of their information for the stated purposes.

We protect players' personal information using SSL encryption technology and will not sell or share it with third parties — except where disclosure is required by legal proceedings.

10.1 Language

This agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Burmese version will prevail.

10.2 Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

10.3 Assignment

Players may not transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. 555mmr may do so with prior notice.
